Body By Nature Fitness  and Emily Koches  are hooking up to HIIT you with a super new program! Each week we’ll guide you through a series of creative functional training movres and routines designed to get you in shape after the holiday season. We’ll modify each session to accommodate a wide variety of fitness levels.
