Charles Shepard (Owner - Body By Nature Training Studio) teams up with Rachel Gansner to bring you the perfect combination of exercise and introspection!

Fit n Flow gives you 30 minutes of functional fitness training followed by 30 minutes yoga. Charles & Rachel will take you as you are, beginner or expert, and work with you in a challenging yet comfortable manner.

Vinyasa yoga is a practice linking the breath to movement, creating a "flow". In yoga, the terms Sthira and Sukha translate to strength and ease, and this philosophy will serve as the foundation of this Vinyasa Yoga class. The class will begin with a challenging, heat building sequence, and end with a detoxing, soothing cool down. Students in this class will be challenged to find both the inner strength, and inner calm that they may not have recognized within themselves before.
